The hotel is breath-taking and has so many services.  It is suggested that you visit the web site for detailed information.  If you are bringing your family, the hotel is pet friendly and has a fantastic Loews Loves Kids Camp.  There’s a game room and Dive-in Family movies on Friday nights at the pool.

TRAVEL:
The San Diego airport is just 20 minutes from the Loews Coronado Bay Resort & Spa.  Catch a cab or take the easy CLOUD NINE Shuttle. Call 800-974-8853 to make a reservation ahead of time.  Shuttle service is appx. $25 each way and takes you to the front door of the hotel

ATTIRE:                       
Attire for the conference, with the exception of the Ultimate Flavor Festival Beach Party on Sunday night is Business or Resort Casual.  The Wednesday Beach Party is Super Casual – jeans, etc.  It’s cool at night by the Bay so you might want to bring a jacket or sweater

CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES:
You won’t want to miss any of the fabulous food & drink Flavor Experiences that are part of this unique boutique event. Check the Agenda for full details of daytime functions.

Registration opens at 1:00 pm on Monday. We kick off with a Meet & Greet Happy Hour from 5:30 – 7:00, followed by a free evening. Tuesday evening we will feature the Ultimate Savor Flavor Experience Food & Beverage Tasting  6:15-7:45 followed by a free evening. Wednesday evening you won’t want to miss the grand finale, Flavor’s Best Beach party by the light of the silvery moon 6:45-9:15!           

HOTEL CONCIERGE:
Can help you with all services on-site, tickets and reservations off-site for ball games, San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Sea World, Wild Animal Kingdom, any museums or other activities in the area, as well as restaurant suggestions and reservations throughout the greater San Diego area.

HOTEL ACTIVITIES:
Sail boat, motor boat, and jet ski rentals, bike rentals, in-line skate rentals, surf board rentals, plus surfing lessons and tennis lessons.

SPA & CLUB:
There is a 10,000 sq. ft, spa and salon on property.  If you want to enjoy the services, it is suggested that you make reservations early as they get booked very quickly.  There is also a state of the art workout room, yoga and other classes, and multiple tennis courts.
