The Flavor Experience’s content takes a forward-looking perspective in the delivery of trends, strategies and solutions that will help the foodservice industry navigate menus in 2021 and beyond. This event will be jam-packed with sessions featuring a mix of operator panels, presentations, and lively food and beverage demos.

Topics will include:

  • Food & beverage trends in this new foodservice landscape, including Flavor & The Menu’s Top 10 Trends for 2021
  • Extending your food & beverage brand promise through takeout
  • Menu optimization for 2021
  • Menu solutions in new formats: Meal kits, take & bake, subscriptions
  • Consumers' new relationship with restaurants in 2021 and beyond
  • How Gen Z can save restaurants: generational attitudes and behaviors in 2021 foodservice
  • Immunity through food & beverage deliverables
  • Winning solutions in to-go beverages
  • And so much more

The 2020 Flavor Experience will be set up as two half-day blocks (12-5 pm ET) of presentations within a user-friendly virtual platform. We recognize the screen fatigue that can come with virtual conferences, so we’re ensuring that all sessions will be dynamic and fast-paced, interspersed with engagement opportunities including live surveys, chat and networking interaction, and even applause functions.

The event will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing. This gives attendees the ability to refer back for a review of content, as well as attend sessions they may have missed. And for those unable to attend on the live dates, these can be viewed as scheduling allows.

The Flavor Experience content management team of Cathy Nash Holley, Katie Ayoub and Maeve Webster will be hosting this event, presenting content and overseeing the event flow. The content throughout will reflect their combined foodservice industry expertise, which makes them leaders when it comes to trend-based foresights. With each having delivered trend-forward editorial, presentations and menu strategy partnerships for decades, curating compelling content that speaks to the industry’s needs with insight and clarity is what they do best.
