Cathy has been a founding partner of the Flavor Experience since its launch in 2004. In 2019, she became president when she took over ownership with her husband and business partner Lex Holley. Cathy is also the publisher and editor-in-chief of Flavor & The Menu, a role she has held since the media brand’s inception in 2000. Renowned for its trends coverage, including its annual Top 10 Trends issue, Flavor & The Menu is a valuable resource for the foodservice industry, serving as a key source for flavor and menu trends. Prior to Flavor, Cathy was an editor for National Fisherman and Seafood Business magazines and served as publisher of the California Foodservice Sourcebook. A native of the west coast, she lives in Maine and is mom to twin Gen Z-ers.
