Erin Hess is Culinary R&D Manager for Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, where she helps bring new menu ideas to life for the nearly 70-unit breakfast-and-lunch concept. After beginning her Snooze career in restaurant operations, she spent more than four years on the New Restaurant Opening team, helping launch more than 25 restaurants nationwide. Today, she develops, tests and refines new menu items while partnering closely with operations teams to ensure successful systemwide implementation. She draws inspiration from emerging flavors, industry trends, travel, memorable restaurant experiences and the creativity of Snooze team members.
