Jeremy Bringardener

Corporate Executive Chef, Mendocino Farms

Jeremy Bringardner is the corporate executive chef of Mendocino Farms, where he leads menu development and has helped shape the brand’s culinary identity from 12 restaurants to 100 locations. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition, Jeremy spent over a decade in James Beard award-winning fine-dining kitchens, including three years at Al Forno in Providence, R.I., and three years under legendary chef Charlie Trotter in Chicago, before bringing that unique blend of fine-dining technique and culinary nutrition to fast casual. Over the past 16 years, Jeremy has helped redefine what guests expect from fast casual—from proving that healthy food can be craveable to creating food that’s approachably adventurous at Mendocino Farms. He also showcased his culinary talent on Food Network’s Chopped, where he took home the win.
